What is ready-mix concrete?
Ready-mix concrete (RMC) is concrete batched in a plant to a fixed mix design and delivered to your site in transit mixers, ready to pour.
Why is ready-mix better than site-mixed concrete?
RMC is weigh-batched in a controlled plant, so strength is consistent. It's faster, needs less labour and site space, and comes with test documentation.
How long does ready-mix concrete stay workable?
Usually around [90–120 minutes] from batching, depending on the mix, admixtures and weather. We plan dispatches so it arrives well within this time.
What grades do you supply?
Ordinary grades M10–M20, standard grades M25–M55, and special application concretes: fly ash, self-compacting, early strength and fibre mixed.
Which grade should I use for my house?
Residential slabs, beams and columns commonly use M20 or M25, but always follow your structural engineer's specification.
What does “M25” mean?
“M” means mix, and 25 is the characteristic compressive strength in N/mm² after 28 days of curing.
Can you make a custom mix?
Yes. We can design mixes for specific workability, pumping, exposure or performance needs.
How do I place an order?
Request a quote online, call or WhatsApp us. Once you accept the quotation, we confirm your grade, quantity, date and site details.
What is the minimum order quantity?
[Confirm minimum, e.g. X m³ per delivery.]
How is the price calculated?
It depends on grade, quantity, delivery distance, site access, pumping and any special additives.
Can I pay online on the website?
No. The website doesn't take payments. Payment terms are agreed directly with our team when your order is confirmed. We never ask for card or bank details through the website.
How far in advance should I book?
At least [24–48 hours], and earlier for large pours, pumps or special concretes.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Kottayam, Idukki, Alappuzha and nearby areas of Central Kerala, from our plants at Kottayam, Thodupuzha, Cherthala and Kanjirappally.
What does my site need for a delivery?
Firm, clear access for a transit mixer (about [X m] wide), a safe place to stand and wash out, and your formwork, reinforcement and crew ready before the truck arrives.
Do you provide concrete pumps?
Yes. Boom and line pumps are available for high floors, deep foundations and hard-to-reach areas.
Do you deliver on Sundays or at night?
[Confirm: e.g. by prior arrangement.]
What if it rains on the day of my pour?
Call us as early as possible. We'll help you decide whether to proceed with precautions or reschedule.
Are you BIS certified?
Yes. Our ready-mix concrete is certified by BIS to IS 4926:2003, with a quality management system in accordance with IS/ISO 9001:2015 (BIS Licence No. RM/L-6000078.1).
Do you provide cube test reports?
Yes. Cube test results are available on request.
Can I visit your plant?
Yes. Request a plant visit and we'll arrange a time to see batching and lab testing.
How should I cure the concrete after pouring?
Keep it continuously moist for at least [7–10 days] (longer for some mixes), for example by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound. Ask our team for guidance specific to your mix.
