These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.kondodyconcrete.com (the “Website”), operated by Kondody Concrete (“Kondody Concrete”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

Kondody Concrete manufactures and supplies ready-mix concrete (RMC) from its plants at Kottayam, Thodupuzha, Cherthala and Kanjirappally, Kerala, India. The Website provides information about our company, concrete grades, special application concretes, services and quality practices, and lets you contact us with your requirements.

2. Information purposes only

All content on the Website, including product descriptions, grade tables, technical data, specifications, calculators, photographs and FAQs, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer to sell, a contract, or professional engineering advice.

3. Enquiries and quotations

  • Submitting a “Get a Quote”, “Request an Estimate”, callback or contact form, or messaging us via WhatsApp or chatbot, is only an enquiry. It does not create a contract or a binding order.
  • Any quotation or estimate we share is indicative and depends on factors such as grade, quantity, site location, access, delivery schedule, pumping requirements and prevailing material costs.
  • A supply is confirmed only through a written quotation, purchase order, agreement or other written confirmation issued or accepted by Kondody Concrete. The terms in that document govern the supply.
  • Estimates from any calculator on the Website are approximate and should be verified by your engineer or contractor before ordering.

4. No online payments or transactions

The Website does not accept payments or process online transactions. We do not collect card, bank, UPI or other payment details through the Website. Payments for supplies are arranged directly with Kondody Concrete according to the terms of your confirmed order. Do not make payments based on requests received through unverified channels; if in doubt, contact us directly.

5. Technical and product information

  • Concrete performance depends on correct mix design, site conditions, placement, compaction and curing. Information on the Website is general guidance and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified structural engineer or consultant.
  • The choice of concrete grade and specification for any structure is the responsibility of the customer and their engineer.
  • Product details, specifications, availability and services may change without notice.
