Ready-mix concrete in every grade from M10 to M55, plus special mixes engineered for demanding applications.
Our products
Every structure has different strength, durability and workability needs. Kondody Concrete produces a full range of ready-mix concrete grades and special application concretes, each batched to an approved mix design and tested in our in-house laboratory.
M25
What does the grade mean? In a grade like M25, “M” stands for mix and the number is the characteristic compressive strength in N/mm² (MPa) after 28 days of curing. The higher the number, the stronger the concrete.
M10–M20
Plain concrete work, levelling and lighter structural use.

M25–M55
Reinforced structures, commercial buildings and infrastructure.

Special mixes
Fly ash, self-compacting, early strength and fibre mixed.

Ordinary grades suit plain cement concrete (PCC) and lighter reinforced work.
Grade
Strength (N/mm²)
Typical applications
M10
10
Levelling course, blinding, bedding for foundations
M15
15
PCC for footings, flooring base, pathways, non-structural work
M20
20
RCC in mild exposure: residential slabs, beams, columns, footings
Standard grades give higher strength and durability for reinforced and heavily loaded structures, and for harsher exposure conditions.

What is the difference between ordinary and standard grades?
Ordinary grades (M10–M20) are mainly for plain concrete and lighter structural work. Standard grades (M25–M55) offer higher strength and durability for reinforced, heavily loaded or exposed structures.
Which grade is used for a house slab?
Residential slabs commonly use M20 or M25, but always follow the grade specified by your structural engineer.
Is ready-mix concrete better than site-mixed concrete?
Ready-mix concrete is weigh-batched in a controlled plant and tested, so it is more consistent than site-mixed concrete. It also saves time, labour and site space.
How is ready-mix concrete priced?
Price depends on the grade, quantity, delivery distance, site access, pumping and any special additives. Request a quote for an exact figure.
Do you provide test reports?
Yes. Cube test results are available on request.
